Coal Sector Assistance Grant
The CEF Plan will establish a carbon pricing mechanism on 1 July 2012. Approximately 500 facilities with emissions over 25,000 tonnes per year of carbon dioxide equivalent (CO2-e) will be covered, these will include the follwing: stationary energy, industrial processes, fugitive emissions, and emissions from left over waste. Applications open on Jan 12th 2012 and will close on Feb 29th 2012
